Lifestyle Centre came into existence in 2002 through the hard work and dedication of Tony Wong, former General Manager of “Shanghai Xintiandi,” and his loyal team of commercial real estate developers and management professionals.
We have developed and managed commercial properties across Shanghai valued at more than 10 billion RMB that cover more than 1.5 million square meters.
Our business coverage encompasses the cities of Shanghai, Beijing, Hong Kong, Tianjin, Chongqing, Changsha, Ningbo, and Wuhan.
Our projects range from downtown revitalization, community and regional centers, and new town development.
Our first development project, completed in 2004, is Phase I of Bridge 8 – a notorious creative hub that manifested from the renovation of abandoned factories. Phase II and III of Bridge 8 were launched in 2010, providing Shanghai with a new concept of lifestyle that integrates work, life, and play.
